The Business of Safety
Wednesday, September 22, 2010 - 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM
To thrive or even survive in today’s increasingly difficult business environment we must transform the way we conduct our operations. A sound and sustainable safety system is not only good business but essential to impede the erosion of corporate earnings.
About this session
The ultimate objective of any corporation is to create a culture of continuous improvement that is sustainable for the future establishing a competitive advantage. A world class safety system can be that competitive advantage. Due to the potential volatility of a poorly established safety system, it is critical that key system components are understood to achieve success.
The only way to achieve success that is sustainable is through a systematic methodology and not a flavor of the month approach. Ken Vandenberghe has been able to develop such a system with proven results in a wide variety of business sectors and models.
Participants will understand the key components of a world class safety system and how this methodology may be applied into their organizations.
